2022 ISFA Industry Roundtable: Kohler, Wisconsin
ISFA held its second Industry Roundtable of the year May 23-25 in awe-inspiring Kohler, Wisconsin. The event included educational sessions, networking opportunities, a state-of-the-art factory tour and leisure time at the world-class golf course, Whistling Straits. “This event was a terrific opportunity for fabricators,” said Nancy Busch, executive director of ISFA. “From the engaging and educational programming to the state-of-the-art design and manufacturing facilities tours, ISFA’s mission to further the decorative surface industry and support fabricators in their work was evident at this value-packed event.” Roundtable discussions focused on identifying key metrics to measure success and how drawing conclusions from those measurements can encourage improved performance, reduce costs and save time. Fabricators and industry partners shared software and technology solutions they are currently using to streamline their sales process and increase sales.
Programming continued with discussions on best practices for installation crews, who are often the last touchpoint for a fabricator’s customer. Topics included installation strategies, safety, production processes and more. A special thanks to event sponsors Cosentino and Kohler. Additional Industry Roundtable events are scheduled throughout the year. Sponsored by Cambria and Moraware, the third Roundtable will take place August 22-24 in Seattle. Attendees will tour state-of-the-art installation vehicles, discuss software and technology integrations, and explore KPI Dashboards during educational sessions. Opportunities for networking and leisure time at America’s Car Museum are built into the agenda as well.
