Million Dollar Mentorship Program

ISFA was started BY fabricators and FOR fabricators.  We exist to help ISFA members become more profitable through education, promotion, and networking.  One way we fulfill our mission is through mentorship.  If you are a fabricator that has been in business for at least 2 years, and you have a need and an interest to be mentored by a veteran fabricator, our Million Dollar Mentorship program may be right for you.

Million Dollar Mentees must meet the following qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 or more years in the business. (We need at least 2 sales and production seasons to review.)
• Must have an “open book” attitude.  This includes sharing financials, production records, sales records, and intangibles.  (Intangibles being additional information relevant to the performance of the business.)  
• Must be willing and interested to make changes.
• Mentee must be an owner of the business with the ability and authority to make decisions.
