Training Expert

Raul Amat is the national manager, Panoramic Porcelain Surfaces for Daltile North America. Originally from Spain, sales and leadership expert Raul Amat moved directly from college to one of the biggest natural stone companies in the world. With a strong background of over 20 years of international experience in sales, training and development of large corporate teams, Raul moved to the USA in 2007 where he has helped several companies within the natural stone, countertop and flooring markets by leading their teams and expansion plans in the USA and Canada markets. Raul will be assisted by Rey Matos, the technical support and fabrication specialist for Daltile North America.

Shop Safety Best Practices Facilitator

Kerry Klodt is the General Manager of Tower Industries whose personal mission is to empower and motivate team members to create a culture of excellence. Kerry began her corporate career at FedEx Custom Critical where she gained valuable experience in customer service, recruiting, safety, project management, leadership, and more. Joining Tower Industries in 2013, Kerry was afforded the opportunity to learn the business from every aspect, taking on various roles and projects utilizing her diverse skill set. Tower Industries are long-time ISFA members. Under her leadership, Tower Industries was awarded the Safe Plant of the Year 2022 by the ICPA.

Sheakley is a workplace safety consulting firm that offers programs, policies and procedures to help establish safety standards, prevent injuries and illness and meet all applicable regulatory requirements for your industry. Sheakley will participate in the Shop Safety dialogue.
